Morning Mug

Quick and easy breakfast for on the go!

Toss the following ingredients in a blender:

1 C oats
1/2 C milk
2 eggs
1/4 C honey
A dash of nutmeg
A handfull of fruit

Blend (if you want the fruit left whole, then add it AFTER you blend.
Pour mixture into a mug (there's enough for two in this recipe) or microwavable dish, and cook for 3-5 minutes in your microwave.
It tastes like a cross between a muffin and a bowl of oatmeal. Personally, I slathered mine in butter and I thought it made it ten times better.
